Meredith Schmitz joined the Division of Biological Sciences as a professional academic advisor in 2025.  She has over a decade of experience in high education and completed her master's degree from Mizzou in 2025. Meredith is a Midwest transplant, originally from California. She loves the Columbia community and the Mizzou spirit. She is also Mizzou 18 recipient in recognition for collaboration with faculty and staff, and leadership with undergraduate students.
