Congratulations to these S.T.A.R. undergraduates

Six Biological Sciences majors have been awarded the S.T.A.R. recognition from the Office of Undergraduate Research.

The Student Training for Advancing Research (S.T.A.R.) Program engages students in the high-impact practice of research, with topics ranging from "Getting Started in Research," to responsible conduct of research, basics of human subjects research, discussions with alumni, and engagement with faculty researchers from across campus. The S.T.A.R. recognition is given to students who participate in five (or more) of these undergraduate workshops and events.
