Molecular physiology and biophysics of voltage-gated ion channels
Research description
We study the molecular mechanisms underlying the function and regulation of voltage-gated ion channels. We are also interested in the interactions between ion channels and neurotoxins isolated from venomous animals. We use molecular biology, biochemistry, electrophysiology, computational modeling, and imaging.Select Publications
