The research experienceFaculty: Our goal is to develop scholars and experimentalists with demonstrated research achievement, creativity and independence.
Publication of research results and the submission of grant proposals are critical elements in the development of an independent research scientist and the demonstration of stature and research accomplishment and independence that is required by many future employers. Our faculty members actively mentor their Postdoctoral Fellows throughout the publication and, when appropriate, the grant submission process. Our Postdoctoral Fellows are expected to publish the research results accomplished during the period of their appointment.
Faculty mentors provide each of their Postdoctoral Fellows with an annual written evaluation of their performance in all phases of their training program. |
