Seven biology majors chosen for Mizzou 39 Award

Seven biology majors were selected for the this year’s Mizzou 39 Award.

The Mizzou 39 Award is given to 39 outstanding seniors for their academic achievement, leadership, and service to the university and community. Additionally, each Mizzou 39 honoree names one faculty or staff member to be recognized for the impact he/she has made in the lives of MU students.

Samantha Belvin

Activities and Honors include: Chi Omega – Secretary, RAMS Steering Committee, Homecoming Steering Committee, Make-A-Wish Volunteer, Patient Ambassador – University Hospital, Emergency Room Volunteer – University Hospital

Activities and Honors include: Alpha Phi Omega – President, Mizzou Global Brigades – Finance Chair, Mizzou Pre-Dental Society, MU Division of Neurobiology – Research Assistant, STRIPES member
